Who We Are
Independent Living Centre Kingston is a non-profit organization run by and for people with disabilities. We believe all people can fully participate in every aspect of their communities. Using Independent Living principles we help people with disabilities explore options, make decisions, take risks and control their lives. The Centre has been providing leadership, support and skills development since 1988.
What's Going On at the Centre

Looking for social activities? Every Tuesday, everyone is welcome to come in for cards and board-games between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, attendants welcome, bring a friend!

What We Do
Independent Living Centre Kingston is a disability resource centre. We provide information, support, and skills-building programs that address disability issues in the community. We support people with disabilities, their families, and the community. All of our programs and services are free.
Volunteering is a great way to learn new skills, meet new people, and it helps build a stronger community. At Independent Living Centre Kingston, our volunteers are a valuable part of our team and contribute to the success of the delivery of services for persons with disabilities in our community.
